The show has turned out to be a hit and has a huge following all over the world. Each season Joss brings a new twist to the show showing yet again how creative he and his fellow writers are. In season one we got the slayer, the second season the slayer's boyfriend( who happens to be a vamp) lost his soul, in season threethey love of her life left, but is it for good. Then in season four Buffy starts college and meets a new man, who is jealous of her strength and leaves. Just when you think things couldn't get worse, in season five, Buffy loses her mother then later sacrifices her life once again, but this time it's for good,or is it.
